Milo Wielondek

For years, I relied on logic and problem-solving. With a background in computer science, I built systems, optimized processes, and trusted my mind to make sense of everything. But life presented me with problems logic couldn’t answer. Thinking harder didn’t help. Then, something shifted — I saw beyond the mental noise, and my perspective changed. Old fears lost their grip, and life became clearer, more open and vast than I ever imagined possible.

Most of my clients come to me when they feel stuck, lost, or like they’ve outgrown the life they built— but don’t know what’s next.

I still value logic and structure, but there’s a richer way to engage with life — one that embraces both clear thinking and the depth beyond thought. My work isn’t about handing you a belief system; it’s about offering a perspective that opens new ways of seeing and experiencing life.

Influences

I don’t belong to a single lineage or tradition. The right teaching has always appeared when I was ready. From Buddhist and Christian mysticism to modern non-dual voices of YouTube and beyond, I find resonance and joy in the diversity of teachings, each offering the same timeless truth of our shared Being in different expressions.

For those curious, here are some of my most beloved and influential teachers, appearing in roughly the order they appeared on my path:

Ram Dass, Mooji, Eckhart Tolle, Jed McKenna, Rupert Spira, Róisín Fallon, ACIM, Adyashanti, Gangaji, Matt Garrett, Sid Friedman, Lisa Cairns, Angelo DiLullo, Eric Baret, Bashar, Anna-Lisa Adelberg and many, many more.

On some level, everyone I’ve ever met has taught me something. We’re all each other’s teachers, walking each other home.

Experience

The mind may seek qualifications, but the heart and gut recognize the right fit. While training is invaluable and credentials can provide insight – true resonance is felt, not analyzed. Trust what draws you in.

That said, for those curious, my background spans a diverse range of methodologies in healing, transformation, and awakening:

I have trained extensively in Steven Kessler’s work on energetic patterns, energy work, and attachment repair under the guidance of Anna-Lisa Adelberg at the Luminous Awareness Institute. There, I completed a two-year program for healing and awakening, including an advanced practitioner track. This program emphasized children’s developmental psychology, exploring how early experiences shape subconscious patterns and influence adult behaviors, often inhibiting emotional liberation and deeper self-awareness.

I also studied emotional bio-decoding through Dr. Hamer’s New German Medicine, a model that views all bodily symptoms as originating from stagnant, unprocessed emotions. Understanding this mind-body connection allows for deeper healing by addressing the emotional roots of physical ailments.

My background in Internal Family Systems (IFS) includes foundational facilitation and advanced training in EffortlessIFS under Sid Friedman. I have also undergone in-depth facilitation training in Bert Hellinger’s Family Constellations under the supervision of Róisín Fallon, as well as training in shamanic journeying and psychic mediumship with Paul Newman. Additionally, I completed facilitation training for MDMA-assisted therapy with Jonathan Robinson.

Beyond these, my path includes Eckhart Tolle’s School of Awakening and Conscious Manifestation, along with other transformative programs that continue to refine my ability to guide others with clarity, presence, and depth.

My journey has also included numerous psychedelic experiences with master plants and other psychoactive compounds, offering profound insights into the psyche and glimpses of our true nature. For those interested, I offer integration support to help ground these experiences into daily life for lasting transformation.

I have also personally navigated the journey of kundalini awakening, experiencing firsthand the profound shifts and challenges that come with this intense energetic process.

Aside from my work in healing and transformation, I also hold a degree in Computer Science, bringing a structured and analytical perspective to my approach.

In the end, all I ever learned is that this work is not about fixing or striving but about allowing, seeing, and stepping into the wholeness that has always been there. If you feel a quiet pull toward this kind of work, trust it. That pull is your biggest gift; an invitation to go beyond.
